" Hitch free Christmas! "

Another Christmas day gone by and thankfully without a hitch. I don't know how I managed to cook Turkey and all the trimmings without over cooking something or forgetting a major component, but "hey" I did it, tra la la!!! The thing is, of late I have come to rely too much on M&S ready meals and was thinking I may have lost my touch when it comes to "proper" cooking. Mr Tony made the dessert of chocolate mousse and homemade vanilla ice cream, very impressive!!! My daughter Amber bought along this very cute gingerbread house, made by her own fair hands on Christmas eve. Happy holidays xx
